It's About Thyme started as a small retail greenhouse in the spring of 2009 specializing in herb plants in Fargo, North Dakota.
In June, we added heirloom tomatoes and pepper plants to the greenhouse offerings.
We also planted 90 different heirloom tomatoes in a backyard garden, stood back, and watched them take off.
In July 2009, we began selling at area Farmer's Markets.
Starting later in June 2010, you can find us from 10-2 on Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Lakes Area Farmers Market in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
In August 2009, we began selling beautiful heirloom tomatoes to local restaurants.
For Spring 2010, we are making plans to grow lots of tomatoes again.
